To make things easier for you, we’ve prepared an FAQ section on our official website. You can find the following topics there: product information, the Woolet App, notifications, electronics, ordering, shipping and tracking, and general info. Just click on the plus icon before every question and the answer will show up immediately.
You haven’t found the answer to your question? No problem at all! We’ve also introduced a new feature on our website, Woolet Chat. In case you have any other problems, please give us a shout. Our team would be happy to help you in every possible way. If you have any technical questions, for example, regarding device synchronization, please provide us with your phone model and operating system. It will allow our support guys to find a solution faster and reduce your waiting time.
