Processing time In-stock 007 and 009 frames are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Bespoke (made-to-measure) frames are produced to order and typically ship within 2–4 weeks.

Shipping & delivery

• We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Duties & taxes International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Lost or delayed parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support@woolet.co and we will help track it down.
