Woolet Bespoke — Made to Your Measurements
158 mm front — fits faces 155–161 mm. Not sure that is you? Measure with FitLens before you order.
The signature frames are 158 mm and fit faces from 155 to 161 mm. If you sit outside that — narrower, or wider than 161 — this is the one built to your numbers instead of to a size chart.
Made to measure, 145 to 172 mm. An AI-Fit measurement reads your temple-to-temple width, bridge and temple length, and the frame is cut to those figures.
What you choose
- Shape — Crown Panto, Round, Rectangle or Aviator
- Colour — the full Mazzucchelli range, not just the three we stock
- Lenses — reading, sun, blue light or photochromic, included in the price
The four shapes
Every shape is cut to your own measurements. The 158 mm you see is the reference size we draw from — yours will be whatever your face turns out to be, anywhere from 145 to 172 mm.
- Crown Panto — a straight brow line gives you the structure of a rectangle across the top, then the lens curves away underneath. On a wide face with a strong jaw it is the most reliable shape in the range: the flat top echoes your brow, the round bottom refuses to echo your jaw. This is the silhouette the Woolet 007 is drawn from.
- Round — fully circular lenses, a keyhole bridge, no horizontal line anywhere. Because nothing runs straight across your brow, nothing marks the width, and the frame reads as a shape rather than a measurement. A circle at 158 mm is a large circle, which is why so few brands offer a true round above 145 mm.
- Rectangle — a heavy flat brow and tall squared lens openings. The least apologetic option: it does not soften the width, it frames it. The straight top line sits parallel to your brow, which is why it reads as deliberate rather than oversized.
- Aviator — the double bridge draws a horizontal line across the top of your face, and a wide face reads that line as balance rather than width. The teardrop lens falls away from it, so the frame narrows exactly where your face does. Cut in acetate, not wire — without the flex that makes metal aviators slide.
Not sure which one? Crown Panto is the one most people land on. You can change your mind before we cut — nothing is made until your measurements are confirmed.

How it works
- AI-Fit measurement — your exact dimensions from your phone camera
- You pick shape, colour and lens type
- The frame is cut by hand from Italian Mazzucchelli acetate in Greece
Made to order, so the lead time is longer than a stocked frame — we confirm the date once your measurements are in.
Why bespoke rather than a stock size
An off-the-shelf frame at your width still guesses your bridge and your temple length. Bespoke sets all three to you. If your face is over 161 mm, no stocked frame on the market is drawn for you — including ours.
Returns
Bespoke frames are cut to your individual measurements, so they are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect. That is the trade for a frame that is only your size — worth knowing before you order.
Measure before you order: FitLens reads your temple-to-temple width from your phone camera. Bespoke pairs are made to that number and are not returnable.
