“Twenty years of frames that pinched. These are the first pair I forget I'm wearing.”
Greg · Woolet tester, 158 mm face · 009 Soft Square

If you spend the day in front of a screen and your glasses press by lunchtime, the problem is not the screen. It is a frame that was never built for your face.

Woolet 009 Soft Square is 158 mm across the front, fitted here with blue-light filtering lenses. Silver Clear is the version you can wear on camera all day without the frame becoming the first thing anyone notices — transparent acetate lets your skin through, so the shape stays and the weight disappears.

The lenses

Blue-light filtering with a faint warm tint — enough to take the edge off a monitor without turning everything amber. Anti-reflective coated, so the screen behind you does not bounce back at the camera on a call.

Hand-cut Italian Mazzucchelli acetate

Cut by hand from Italian Mazzucchelli acetate milled in Milan, not injection-moulded. Clear acetate is the least forgiving block to cut — every tool mark shows. Hand made in EU.

009 Soft Square at the desk

The 54 × 44 mm lens is wide and shallow - built for a horizontal field of view. Two monitors side by side stay inside the lens when you turn your eyes instead of your head. On camera the square front gives a wide face a clear frame line, which reads sharper on a compressed video feed. The 25 mm keyhole bridge spreads the weight over the sides of the nose, so pressure does not build on one spot over a long working day.

Silver Clear blue-light glasses for work

Clear screen glasses nearly disappear on a video feed, so colleagues see your face, not your frame. They are the choice when you wear them all day but do not think of yourself as a glasses person. The acetate stays light against the skin under office light.

30 days to be sure

If the fit is not right, send them back within 30 days of delivery — unworn, in their case — for a full refund. Return shipping is on you; nothing else is.
